• All products except for custom sizes/orders are made to order and shipped between 3-4 days. Custom orders take 5-7 days to be shipped depending on the product.
• Once shipped, products take between 2-7 days to reach the customer depending on the location.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please note a charge of shipment will be levied on you payable in actuals. 
• Any delay/issue in shipping will be communicated via Email/Whatsapp.
• Free shipping is applicable on orders above INR 2000
• In case of pre-paid orders where the customer is not able accept delivery, due to whatsoever reason, and the package is returned to warehouse, cost for further attempts will be borne by the customer.
• Handling charges of INR 100 is applied in case of Cash on delivery orders
• The Gusto reserves the right to cancel/modify orders that might seem fraudulent, contain unserviceable items, display price glitches etc before fulfilment. The same is communicated to the customer promptly. 

Each of our product is made to order by hand hence we have a 7-day exchange only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects which need to be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
